Special Needs Details
If your child/children have any special requirements please inform us so we can do our best to cater for them.

Disability Details
If your child/children has any disabilities that may need additional help or support please inform us.

A packed lunch will be required everyday, please no Nuts, Chocolate bars or fizzy drinks as we have children with Allergies.

They will require trainers and suitable clothing to move in, hair tied back and No jewellery for health and safety.

If your child has asthma please ensure that the pump is brought with you on attending.
